    I found it very hard to look into the mirror ,it was as if I was naked and I didn't want to see. I find the course helpful .If at the end of this course I will be able to love myself it would be such a blessing.


    Dear Louise and Robert, I have no idea how to do this messaging thing correctly; I'm sure that you both get many messages of thanks, so I'll just add mine to the list. During Robert's interview with Denise Linn on Past Lives at the Hay House World Summit, I did the short but powerful meditation that she led. I've done past life stuff quite a few times but that was a whole other level...... I could actually feel my body taking the form of a child, I saw myself run up to a woman (who must have been my mother, at some time) to hug her, but the woman raised her hand way back and I knew that she was going to smack me across the head. Then Denise guided us to change that past. So instead, that small me ran up to the woman, the mother, who then hugged me close, both of us weeping as she said "So sorry, so sorry." As I kinda zoomed back from that scene when the meditation ended, I heard me say "Good, now I don't have to die." So powerful! I had no idea that my overwhelming thought/desire/belief that I would die soon, which I've had all my life came from then. I am 61 years old. Long story short, I live alone with my two dogs, my angels and guides and my window to the world; my trusty P.C. I'm pretty much a hermit, knowing very few people, even though I've lived here in this house for 7 and a half years. The last 3 years alone. Instead of just existing, I'm thinking, " Oh yeah, I'm alive and I'm supposed to love me and my life and be happy. Not just exist and wait to be allowed to go home...... " So thank you for your part(s) in quite literally saving my life. I've some some "self" work since (mostly through the generous Hay House free videos) and just started this "Loving yourself" course. I really want to share a small miracle........ when I went to the mirror to say my affirmations this morning (I'm on day 2 of the 21) my eyes were, and are, both the same size. My right eye has been quite significantly smaller for almost as long as I can remember. It appears that I can now see a future for myself, a Self that I really care about and love.........
