What You’ll Learn

Lesson 1 :
Life

In these foundational teachings, Deepak walks you through the process of going from simple chemical components into physical form – from conception into being – diving into the concept of the genome and showing you that you are not a victim of your genes. As Deepak explains, there are three levels of genome: Your DNA is the first level. The second level is your microbiome, or the bacteria that live within you. And the third level is the epigenome – a sheath of protein surrounding the DNA, which regulates the activity of your genes. Each level of the genome affects your health in different ways, and by understanding these components of your physical body, you are set up to benefit even more from everything else in this course.

Lesson 2 :
Wellbeing

In this 90-minute section of the course, Deepak moves from theoretical to practical, focusing on the physical changes you can make in your life that will create health and wellbeing. After laying out the effects of stress on the body – and showing what this can eventually bring about – he moves into discussing the five pillars of physical wellbeing: sleep, meditation/stress management, movement, emotions, and nutrition. With specific advice and practices on how to connect to the energy of Mother Earth and how to ground yourself to counteract stress (which includes a 25-minute guided meditation), you’ll feel ready to take on other changes that will improve your life – which is what you’ll learn in the rest of this course.

Lesson 3 :
Mind/Body Healing

In this comprehensive lesson, Deepak goes further into his exploration of the five pillars of wellbeing, beginning with a scientific discussion of the how to tap into the power of the vagus nerve, which controls the relaxation-inducing parasympathetic nervous system. As part of this, he takes you through three breathing practices – Arohan/Awarohan, Sitkari, and Ujjayi – that stimulate the vagus nerve and start the flow of healthy hormones in your body. Next, he moves into decoding the effects of your emotions, outlining the connection between your feelings and your physical health and gives you an exercise to help take control of those emotions. He also teaches you how to raise your happiness set point, so it’s easier for you to experience joy. And finally, he gives you specific advice on nutrition that will help you reduce inflammation, increase energy, and slow down the aging process.

Lesson 4 :
Layers of Awareness

Lesson 4 moves out of the domain of the body and into consciousness, an extraordinarily important component of wellbeing that’s often overlooked in our modern medical system. In this hour-long lesson, Deepak dives into the realm of quantum physics, helping you understand the three domains of everyday reality – and why the experience of these differs for each of us. Then he walks you through seven levels of awareness and explains how these affect your experience of reality, including your physical and emotional health. But more importantly, he shows how we can use this information to shift ourselves to a higher state of evolution, which brings along with it the ability to create anything we want in our lives – to choose which quantum reality we bring into physical being.

Lesson 5 :
Who Am I?

In this 1.5-hour-long lesson, Deepak looks at how to bridge quantum reality with the concepts of God and the individual being. He speaks to the mystery of God, showing that how you experience this higher power – ranging from it being a separate, watchful force to being a unified field of love that encompasses everything – is directly associated with your level of awareness. He explains that to truly live in the creative space of the quantum realm, you must shift your awareness from a state of fight or flight to one of sacredness, which involves exploring the true nature of being – of who you really are. As part of this work, Deepak lays out questions for you to consider, plus he walks you through a 15-minute guided meditation to help discover who you are at the deepest level.

Lesson 6 :
Consciousness

In this final lesson, Deepak goes into his understand of “I” – the consciousness, showing you that you are neither your brain nor your body. He walks you through the details of seven levels of consciousness that you must move through in order to reach the highest state of being: true enlightenment. It is in this highest state that you are able to create true health with a joyful energetic body, a loving compassionate heart, a reflective alert mind, and a freeing lightness of being.
