In this lesson, Denise teaches you all about the transformative energy of fire and shows you how to integrate it into your space-clearing practice. Mudras, which mean “seals” or “signs” in Sanskrit, are symbolic, ceremonial hand gestures used in cultures around the world; they are ways of using the body to move energy.
